Prom - price, team and delivery
How much does a prom photographer cost?
€100 per hour with two photographers, unlimited frames, editing and an online gallery. Video coverage is €50 per hour extra.
What do you shoot at the prom?
From getting ready and the first steps on the red carpet to the last dances - individual portraits, photos with friends and family, and the whole atmosphere of the evening.
Individual or the whole class?
Both. For a whole class we make a separate per-student offer and one shared gallery, from which everyone downloads and shares their own frames.
When do we get the photos?
Individual sessions - about two weeks. For a whole class it can take up to a month because of the volume.
Can we have a drone?
Yes, drone footage and video of the day are added on request.
How are the students’ photos protected?
Each gallery is reachable only through a unique link with a cryptographically generated code - it is not public, not indexed by search engines, and there is no list of galleries. It is hosted on Amazon Web Services, encrypted and served through a protected network. We do not share photos on social media without your explicit consent and do not link them to personal data. Our advice is to keep the link with you and the students only.
How long is the gallery active and who can download?
Six months, and we can shorten that - to 48 hours, for example - or stop access on request. Downloading is allowed or blocked as you wish; when allowed, the download links are temporary. On request we also put the gallery on USB flash drives - €20 each.
Can it be given as a voucher?
Yes - at photo-bros.com/vouchers choose "Prom" and the number of hours. The voucher arrives by email and is good for a year.
