The recipient books
They write to us with their code through the contact form and we choose a date and place together.
Terms
- Valid 12 months from the date of issue
- Sessions: Plovdiv, Sofia and Burgas within 50 km. Weddings: anywhere in Bulgaria, no travel fee
- Can be used for any service on the price list; anything above the value is paid on booking
- Not exchangeable for cash and non-refundable
- Does not guarantee a date - agreed with us subject to availability. Rescheduling is free up to 7 days before the session
- We shoot outdoors, at your home or at a place of your choice - we have no studio
Frequently asked questions
- Can I top it up?
- Yes - if the session costs more than the value, the difference is paid on booking.
- Can I change the date?
- Yes, up to 7 days before the session, free of charge.
- Wedding credit with no free date?
- The voucher keeps its value - it moves to an engagement session, a family session or another session of the couple’s choice.
- Can I send it straight to the recipient?
- Yes - forward the email with the PDF or print it. The code is on the voucher.
