What data we collect

• Contact and quote forms: your name, email, phone, the date and location of your event and your message.
• The giveaway: both partners' names, email, phone, wedding date and venue, your story, Instagram handle(s), whether you have a photo or video team, your budget and how you heard about the giveaway.
• Gift vouchers: the buyer's email, the recipient's and sender's names, the voucher message and the bank transfer details.
• Online galleries: the photos from your event, which we share with you through a private link.
• Site visits: if you consent, data about how you use the site through cookies (see below).

What we use the data for

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. We process the data because you sent it to us asking for a quote.
• To shoot, edit and deliver your photos and video. Without this data we cannot perform our contract with you.
• To run the giveaway and contact entrants. We process the data with the consent you give by entering.
• To issue vouchers and record them in our accounts, as the law requires.
• To measure visits and show more relevant ads, but only if you have accepted cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Cookies

We use analytics and advertising cookies only if you click “Accept” in the cookie bar. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. If you reject, Google receives only anonymous signals without cookies and Meta receives nothing.

• pb_consent_v1 (in your browser): remembers your cookie choice. Needed for the site to work.
• _ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics): measure visits. Kept for up to 2 years.
• _gcl_* (Google Ads): measure enquiries that came from ads. Kept for up to 90 days.
• _fbp (Meta): measures visits that came from Facebook and Instagram ads. Kept for up to 90 days.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

• Amazon Web Services: site hosting, database, sending emails and storing galleries, in the European Union (Ireland).
• Cloudinary: storing and displaying the photos on the site.
• Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram): only with your cookie consent. These companies may process data outside the EU, protected under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep data

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for. Enquiries are kept for the duration of our communication and any contract with you. Accounting records are kept for the periods set by law. Giveaway data is kept until the giveaway ends and the prizes and discounts have been used.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data and to have it corrected, erased, restricted or ported, and to object to its processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise your rights, email us at studio@photo-bros.com.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg) or with the supervisory authority in your country.
