Photo and video - packages, crew and delivery
Do you offer a photographer and videographer in one package?
Yes, and it is how we recommend working. Combined packages start at €1,800 for 8 hours with two photographers and one videographer, 800+ images and a wedding film. Premium Love is €3,800 for 12 hours, two photographers and two videographers, 1,200+ images, drone footage and a content creator. One team covers the whole day, so the photographer and videographer never get in each other's way.
Why choose photo and video from one team?
Because the photographer and the videographer do not get in each other's way. When they come from different studios, the two crews compete for the same spot at the same moment, and you end up with frames where one of them is visible in the other's shot. Our people work together and know where each of them stands.
How many hours and how many people does the package include?
Essential - 8 hours with two photographers and one videographer. Classic Story - 10 hours with the same team. Premium Love - 12 hours with two photographers and two videographers. Image counts are 800+, 1,000+ and 1,200+ respectively.
When do we receive the photos and the video?
4 months for Essential and 3 months each for Classic Story and Premium Love. Editing a whole wedding, in both stills and video, takes time and we would rather be honest about the timeline.
Do you offer drone footage?
Yes. Drone shots are included in Full Story and Director's cut on the video packages, and in Classic Story and Premium Love on the combined ones. They can be added to any other package for €200.
How do you record the vows and the speeches?
We always have microphones. The audio package adds lavalier mics and professional recording with Zoom F3 and Tentacle recorders - the difference between audible and crystal clear, where every word of the vows can be understood. It is included in Premium Love and in the combined packages, and costs €200 on its own.
Process, booking and delivery
What does working with you look like, step by step?
Six steps:
- Consultation - we meet in person or online to discuss the schedule, the locations and everything that matters to you
- Engagement session - we take the first photos and a trailer of your story, weaving your hobbies into the frames
- The wedding day - always with you, but discreet, so we catch the honest emotions
- Post-wedding session - calmer frames, without the pressure of the day itself
- Selection and editing - we pick the best frames and give them style with themed processing
- Delivery - you receive the finished photos in an online gallery, ready to share
How far in advance should we book?
There is no minimum - if your date is two weeks away, we will not turn you down. We do recommend at least two months, and as early as possible for peak months: the more time we have, the better prepared we are for your location and schedule. The date is held with a 10% retainer, and the balance is paid within two weeks after the event.
Do you require a retainer, and what happens if we cancel?
We ask for a 10% retainer to hold the date. It is non-refundable on cancellation - it blocks the date so we do not offer it to other couples, and it often covers equipment we prepare specifically for your shoot.
What can be added to a package?
Wedding trailer €100, an extra hour of photography €150, next-day first images €150, a content creator for Instagram Stories €200, a post-wedding session €200, the crystal audio package €200, drone footage €200, and an additional photographer or videographer €350. Every package can be tailored.
How do we receive the finished photos?
In an online gallery, included with every package - you can download, share and forward the images from it as often as you like. If you also want a physical copy, we can deliver them on a USB drive for an additional fee.
Do you offer wedding albums?
We do not offer albums. We work only with photography and video, and you receive the finished images in an online gallery at a quality suitable for printing with a supplier of your choice.
Which languages do you work in?
Bulgarian and English. The Norwegian version of the site is for couples living in Norway - communication with us is in English.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes. At photo-bros.com/vouchers you choose an amount, a specific session or credit toward a wedding package; the voucher arrives by email and is good for a year. The date is agreed with us.
Locations, equipment and peace of mind
Do you work outside Plovdiv?
Yes, across the whole country. We have shot weddings and sessions in every major city and in every corner of Bulgaria. We do not charge wedding couples for travel, regardless of distance - the price you see is the price you pay.
What happens if it rains on the wedding day?
Rain can bring romance and unique frames, especially if we are prepared with the location. We always have a backup plan - umbrellas, an indoor session, or spots sheltered from the rain. We discuss this in advance so you never have to decide it on the day.
What happens if the photographer falls ill?
Our studio is a team, not one person. If someone falls ill, a colleague from the same team and at the same level steps in. We have never missed an engagement.
What is your backup equipment plan?
Every photographer works with two cameras and two memory cards in each, so every frame is written twice at the moment it is taken. The video team works the same way. We set up 3 microphones and two video lights. We always carry spare lenses, batteries and memory cards.
What is your shooting style?
We love catching the real smiles and the gentle gestures that happen on their own. But if you dream of a little more direction or beautiful poses, we will gladly guide you into frames that look natural and as though they came off a magazine cover. We will be attentive, discreet and completely devoted to your story.
Who will photograph our wedding?
The team is Ilko, Rado and Atanas. Ilko and Rado work with both photo and video, and Atanas is our photography guru. You will meet the team twice before the wedding - once on a video call and again in person at the engagement session.
